[LTH] BUSINESS ANALYST INTERN

-  Support in gathering and clarifying requirements from users

-  Take meeting notes and draft basic documentation (minutes, requirement lists, user stories, etc.)

-  Create business flowcharts (e.g., business flow, use case) under mentor supervision

-  Review documentation for logic and support testing (UAT) when required

-  Learn and follow the company’s business analysis process

-   Access internal documents relevant to the tasks

-  Communicate directly with users to validate requirements (if assigned)

-  Suggest improvements to templates or analysis processes (with mentor approval)

-  3rd or 4th year student, or fresh graduate from Information Systems, IT, Business or related fields

-  Basic knowledge of business analysis and requirement modeling (basic UML, BPMN)

-  Fundamental understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC); Agile is a plus

-  Proficient in MS Office and diagrams tools (Draw. io, Visio, etc.)

-  Familiarity with Figma or Balsamiq is a plus
